These terms and conditions govern Bestop’s 2023 Black Friday Savings Program (the “Savings Program”). Savings are available to U.S. end-user customers on the purchase of Bestop-brand products from qualifying online and in-store retailers (“Qualifying Products”).

These offers are valid only to residents of the 50 United States and respective territories, except where void or where prohibited by law. This offer is only valid for full priced merchandise, and not valid with any other offer or discount. Resellers, organizations, and groups do not qualify for participation in this Savings Program.

Instant Savings: Instant savings are available for eligible end-user customers on purchases of Qualifying Products between November 24, 2023 and November 27, 2023. Eligible customers who purchase a Qualifying Product will receive the applicable instant savings, which will be reflected in the final purchase price. Instant savings are only available on full-priced Qualifying Products.

Rebates: Rebates are available for eligible end-user customers on purchases of Qualifying Products between November 18, 2023 and December 4, 2023. Rebates are for 10% off the price of the Qualifying Product (“Rebate”). Rebates are only available on full-priced Qualifying Products. By submitting a claim for a Rebate, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge Bestop’s Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older to be eligible to receive a Rebate.

Submitting a Rebate Claim

To submit a claim for a Rebate (“Claim”), please visit https://bestoprewards.com/ and click “Submit a Claim.” Claimants must create a user profile to enter their contact information and submit a sales receipt or invoice from participating retailer, together with the Qualifying Product’s UPC. Packing slips are not allowed for this promotion. Only the actual purchaser of the Product may participate. Limit of one (1) Rebate redemption request per customer, with the highest value item on the invoice rewarded. Customers agree that they will not submit more than one (1) Rebate Claim. All Claims must be received on or before 11:59 P.M. Central Standard Time on January 3, 2024. Failure to submit any of the requested documentation will delay or prevent the Rebate issuance.

Additional Rebate Conditions

Bestop products may not be returned for refund or exchange once the Claim form has been submitted. If Bestop incurs any chargebacks, disputes, or reversals, or if Bestop has otherwise awarded a Rebate to you in error due to your return, refund, or exchange of a qualifying Product, Bestop reserves the right to charge you for the relevant amounts incurred by Bestop.

All Rebate claims are subject to Bestop’s final approval and review. The Rebate will be in U.S. Dollars and issued in the form of debit card (“Card”). Please allow 6 weeks following the end of the claim period to receive your Rebate Card. Claimant will receive a physical Card with the value of the Rebate, and Card will be sent to the U.S. mailing address specified in the Claim.

Rebates are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with the Rebate and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the Claimant. You are responsible for any fees or costs associated with your use of any Card.

Bestop has no liability for any failure of your internet service provider, mail carrier, postal service, email provider, misdirected emails (including spam/junk folders), device, or other failure resulting in any inability to deliver any Rebate to you.

The Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, member FDIC pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. The Card has no cash access and cannot be reloaded. The Card expires six (6) months after issuance. The Bancorp Bank does not endorse or sponsor and is not affiliated in any way with any product or service offered by Bestop.

In connection with this promotion, any person that receives a Rebate by using multiple user accounts or email addresses, using false names, impersonating others, or through the use of any other fraudulent or misleading conduct, shall forfeit any Rebates obtained through such means, and may be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Bestop reserves the right to void Rebates earned if we suspect that they were earned in a fraudulent manner, in a manner that violates these terms, or in a manner otherwise not intended by Bestop.

General Conditions

You must not conduct your own promotion in connection with our Savings Program. You may not engage in any promotional, marketing, or other advertising activities on behalf of Bestop, including by using any of our trademarks.

Bestop reserves the right to interpret the rules of this promotion at its sole discretion and all decisions made by Bestop are final. Bestop makes no, and hereby disclaims all, warranties about this promotional offer. Bestop is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in connection with the Products or the Savings Program.

Bestop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Savings Program at any time without notice. Bestop may also modify any of the terms of the promotion and Savings Program without prior notice, including changing expiration periods or values for existing or future Rebates or savings.

These terms and conditions are effective as of November 10, 2023 and supersede any previous terms. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Bestop in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
