Besides being a original equipment manufacturer for Jeep™ since 1984 and expanding into a wide array of Jeep, truck, and off-road accessories, Bestop products have been said to be simply the best upgrade one can do a Jeep, Bronco, or truck.
At Bestop, we are so confident you will be satisfied with our quality and your driving experience that we created the Bestop 30-Day Promise. We promise that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase right from the beginning. If you are not in love with the experience within the first 30 days of ownership, we will process a refund upon return, no questions asked. Thanks to the Bestop 30-Day Promise, you can buy with confidence on Bestop.com or any Bestop retailer.
Terms & Conditions:
- The 30-Day Promise is honored for Bestop-direct purchases and through participating retailers (excluding Amazon).
- Third-party installation/labor costs are nonrefundable by Bestop.
- All returns should be returned in the original box and in like-new working condition to receive a full refund from the 30-day trial period.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% stocking fee.
- To initiate a 30-Day Promise return, please have your order number and/or proof of purchase ready when you call Bestop at 1-800-845-3567.
- If you purchased the product directly from Bestop, we will take care of your refund and include a prepaid shipping label for your return.
- If you purchased the product from a retail shop or another website, we will email you a return authorization including a PROMISE NUMBER. Contact your retailer and provide your emailed copy of the PROMISE NUMBER from Bestop. They will process your refund and return your product back to Bestop.
Purchases made directly from Bestop.com and installed by Bestek:
If you take advantage of our convenient home installation option at checkout but need to request a return, we will coordinate with a Bestek technician to uninstall the product for you at no additional cost.
Purchases made at a retailer and installed at home:
Please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-845-3567 to initiate your return and refund. After you have received your emailed Promise Number, please contact the retailer. Ship or deliver your product back to the retailer with your PROMISE NUMBER on the box with your emailed return authorization form placed inside. Your retailer will process your refund according to their policy. Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable by Bestop.
Purchases made and installed at a local retailer:
Please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-845-3567 to initiate your return and refund. After you have received your emailed Promise Number, please contact the retailer you purchased your Bestop product from. The product will then be uninstalled. Your retailer will process your refund according to their policy. Installation and packaging costs are non-refundable by Bestop.
