BESTOP CONSUMER RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products, worthy of your trust and confidence.

If you have concerns, questions, or need assistance with a product, please contact us before returning it. We have found that when a product is not working as expected, a few adjustments or corrections can often set things right.

Our return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Bestop. Product purchased from a distributor or third-party retailer will be returned according to their return policy. Please contact your point of purchase for return support.

You may return a Bestop product within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product is in its original packaging, and includes all original parts, components, and hardware. Items returned must be carefully packed, and in clean condition, with plastic windows protected from scratching and creasing.

If the product has been opened or used, the return will be subject to a 20% processing fee. Products that are unopened and in NEW condition are not subject to a processing fee.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 10-15 business days of Bestop receiving all returned goods. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.  If financed, please contact Affirm, Afterpay, or PayPal for their return process and any fees associated with the loan.

IMPORTANT: ALL RETURNS MUST REFERENCE AN APPROPRIATE RGA (RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION) NUMBER, WHICH MAY BE OBTAINED FROM A BESTOP CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT AT #800- 845-3567. PLEASE WRITE THE RGA NUMBER BELOW OUR ADDRESS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. ANY RETURNS WITHOUT A VALID RGA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.

 

EXCLUSIONS

We cannot accept products that are damaged due to negligence, abuse, or misuse. We cannot accept products that have not been used in accordance with their documentation or installation instructions. If the return is declined, a follow-up email from customer service will be sent with images from Quality confirming reasoning.

Returns must be received by Bestop within 30 days of RGA authorization. If not, the RGA will expire.

Original shipping, return shipping, taxes, and handling costs are non-refundable.

Bestop is not responsible for lost packages, and all must be handled as a claim with the shipper.

Refunds for installation are not permitted once services are rendered.

 

RETURNS OF DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 30 calendar days of receipt of your package, for assistance. Issues reported outside 30 calendar days are the customer’s responsibility.

Please be prepared to describe the damage and provide photographs.

Once photographs have been captured, please open the box with the inventory what is still contained inside, photographing any damaged parts.

Bestop will replace any of the parts listed under a warranty and may provide a return shipping label upon request.

Returning a damaged shipment will follow the same procedure and policy as above.
