The best top and excellent warranty

First, I want to address the review left by someone complaining about wind noise; It's a soft top, you're going to get wind noise, period. Ok, I purchased this top from a vendor over a year ago and noticed the zipper on the rear window portion of the main fabric started to rip. I emailed Bestop, sent them a copy of my receipt, and about a week later I received an email stating that a new top fabric plus header was ordered and should arrive in 2-4 weeks, awesome! I live in Hawaii, and they even shipped it for free. I was installing the fabric, and then putting the top on the jeep, and one of the plastic knobs that clips into the door surrounds snapped off. I emailed the customer service person I had worked with on the fabric top, sent a photo, and about 15 minutes later I received a response that a new header assembly should arrive in 2-4 weeks! I must say, the warranty and service from Bestop is tops and I will recommend their products to anyone I know and will continue to buy their stuff, top quality and great customer service!

wind noise

I purchased this top because of the high quality and had a Bestop already on my jeep but needed up grade. I had it installed but there is Excessive wind noise from the front. It has been adjusted but cant get it fixed. Have reported it to company with no reply with suggestions to fix the problem. Very expensive mistake. Not Pleased...
