In the seventh year of recognizing independent designs, the Chrysler Group awarded the Bestop® Flexatrunk⢠a 2006 Design Excellence award at this year's SEMA show in Las Vegas. The Design Excellence award acknowledges and showcases outstanding designs of Chrysler Group vehicles by manufacturers of aftermarket products and components that embody passion, creativity and innovation. The Flexatrunk™ is lockable without additional keys when the tailgate is closed.
Secure Storage
The Flexatrunk™ is a secure storage trunk that utilizes a thermoforming process called "twin sheet thermoforming" for strength and durabillity. The Flexatrunk™ collapses from 8 cubic feet to 2 cubic feet with panels self storing. All panels can be removed and stored allowing a full unobstructed rear cargo area. The Flexatrunk™ is designed to fit both the 2007-08 JK Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited.
