Thank you for choosing Bestop. To help us process Ford-related warranty claims quickly and fairly, please review the information below. Submitting a claim indicates you understand these guidelines.
What you’ll need
- Ford part number and product name.
- Vehicle details: Year / Make / Model / Trim (e.g., 2024 Ford Bronco 4-Door).
- Proof of purchase: Dated receipt/invoice from an authorized retailer; name & ship-to must match.
- Photos (3–5): full product on vehicle + clear close-ups of the issue + any labels.
- Contact & shipping info: phone and complete address.
Important terms
- Coverage applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- Normal wear, accidents, misuse, improper installation, or modifications are not covered.
- We may request a return for inspection. Do not ship anything until you receive an RMA.
- Claims without Ford requested information or required photos cannot be processed.
- Allow 3–5 business days for initial review after all info is received.
- Marketplace purchases must be from an authorized seller.
- This is a Bestop limited warranty; it is not a Ford Motor Company warranty.
