"The Supertop for Truck 2 fits well on my 2020 chevy 2500HD. There are a few wrinkles in the fabric but I can live with that. It is well designed and assembled but, takes a little longer to set up then stated. the website is easy to navigate and place orders on. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a top that is easy to use the entire bed for tall objects."

"I’ve had the super top for a few months now. It keeps the water out and the dog in, but I’m not really impressed with the fit and finish. It’s not taught on the sides or back, doesn’t stay in tracks. I’ve spent time with customer service who tried to help me make small adjustments but it just doesn’t fit well and looks floppy."

Fit is bad and terrible design at the tailgate.

"Everything is great except 2 problem areas. 1) the top isn't "tight enough" or needs a zipper on the bottoms of the side panel as the bottom comes loose and flaps in the wind going down the road. 2) there is a bar that goes across the top of the tail gate. In order to access anything you have to unzip the sides, unclip the back window, remove the bar, then flip up the back window. They should've just used the same rear bar/latch assembly that's on 99% on tonneau covers."

Side panels not staying in tracks on 2023 GMC Sierra 3500 6.8ft bed. I've been a long time user of Bestop over 20 years but this is the fist fitment issue I've had. I cannot get the side panels tight enough to stay in the track. I've pushed the side rails out as far as the front and rear cross bars allow without luck. I quadruple checked the install directions, watched YouTube videos, etc. But no luck with this top. I see other negative reviews regarding loose fit, is there anything we're missing to keep the sides from getting snug and flapping?? Hi, I’m wondering if you guys have came up with a solution to gain interior width (side to side), my plan was to have 2 dog crates side by side but unfortunately after purchasing this item, it doesn’t work. I’m disappointed with the design of the pivot point (bow stack). Is there any way to widen it at the hinge point. I’ve came up with a way to modify, just curious to if y’all have fixed this issue. I will not recommend this product due to losing so much interior space above the wheel wells. Other than it not working for us & the crew, it’s a nice set up.: Hi Deron, I’m sorry to hear the Supertop for Truck 2 isn’t going to work for your needs and that you wouldn’t recommend it solely based on your needs and not the needs of other consumers. There is no issue with the pivot point, I feel it seems like an issue since the top isn’t going to work for what you’re needing, again, I apologize for that. The top works for most who use their truck bed to store tools, camping gear, etc, I wouldn’t think the bed itself would be wide enough for what you’re wanting to do because of the wheel wells, but that’s just me. To answer your question, there are no plans to redesign the frame to make it wider beings it can only be as wide as the bed, I apologize. Thank you for your feedback!

Your warranty does not cover breakage. I live in WNY and we get lots of snow. Will a big snow storm break this cover and/or will it be covered under warranty: Hello Jim, Correct, physical damage and weather events are not covered under warranty. Bestop is located in Louisville CO and definitely experiences quite a bit of snow as well. Our main winter advise for soft tops if your choose to run them year round is do not to use any scraping tools, do not to roll the window under 30 degrees, and to brush of snow from the top of the top to be sure the weight of snow does not stretch the fabric.
