Installation of a Supertop Soft Top

A Manufacturer Certified Technician will install a Supertop Soft Top

How to Prepare:

• Confirm that your product arrives as scheduled and appears ready for installation
• Remove any aftermarket accessories to accommodate the removal of an existing top
• Prepare an area to set down the existing top within 20 feet of installation site
• Tops should be installed in a warm environment (ideally around or above 72 degrees Fahrenheit), but this isn’t necessary. Bring the new top indoors the night before the installation. The fabric will warm up and be more pliable. The fabric expands; the higher the temperature is, the more flexible it will be. The manual recommends laying it in the sun on concrete if this is possible
• Make sure the vehicle can be accessed from all sides
• Have a person 18 years or older present for the entire On-Site Service appointment
• As a courtesy, and if applicable, inform your Technician of special parking requirements, such as any no-parking days for street sweeping
• For their safety (and for the Technician’s safety), secure any pets away from the On-Site Service Location

What’s Included:

• Travel
• On-site Service introductions and survey of the vehicle
• Confirm product compatibility and installation details with the Consumer
• Verify that the new top has been stored at room temperature for a minimum of 4 hours prior to the scheduled installation. If needed the top can be laid on concrete in the sun before installation
• Remove any existing top and set aside
• Install the Supertop Soft Top following the step-by-step instructions
• Demonstration of use of product; this does not include uninstalling the product

Add-On Services:

Most Consumers do not require add-on services. Due to some variables, additional parts or services can be required for an installation. Below are some common scenarios that might arise. If any of these are needed during your service, your Technician will let you know additional work is needed before doing the work.

• Installation where there is no access
• Removal of accessories to accommodate installation
• Anything not listed in the What’s Included

The purchase of the Product(s) together with installation is powered by the Home Installation option. If you choose to use Home Installation, you will be asked to acknowledge and agree to the Universal Terms and Conditions prior to checkout.
