BESTOP.COM SHIPPING POLICY
The below shipping policy applies only to those consumers shopping on Bestop.com.
It is our goal at Bestop to make it as cost-effective and efficient as possible for you to get your new Bestop products. For that reason, we have crafted a shipping policy that is focused on you, the consumer.
On Bestop.com, once you have selected the products you wish to purchase and have entered our shopping cart, shipping options and handling cost options will be presented to you. Bestop.com is proud to offer free ground shipping for items totaling at least $75 and shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Expedited shipping in these 48 U.S. states or shipping to Hawaii or Alaska are at your expense, and in addition to the purchase price of your products. Shipping options include:
- FedEx® ground
- FedEx® 2nd day afternoon service
- Freight ground (For certain oversized products)
Depending on where you live, you might not be offered all shipping options.
FedEx® ground shipments will be typically received Monday through Friday. Expedited 2nd day shipments placed before 3:00 p.m, Mountain Time on Friday will be typically received by the consumer the following Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will typically ship on the following Monday. While these timeframes are typical, we can’t make any guarantees. “2-Day” and “Next Day” shipping methods, for example, indicate the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.
Times in transit are calculated in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. Deliveries are not made on Saturday and Sunday unless scheduled with the freight carrier.
Currently, Bestop shipments are limited to the United States. When shipping within the 48 contiguous states, normal ground service is used, unless the consumer selects an expedited shipping method.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Please note the following restrictions to the Bestop.com Shipping Policy:
- You are advised to provide a shipping address where you will be present to receive the shipment. Bestop is not responsible for packages left unattended in the event that the recipient is not available to receive a shipment.
- We do not ship C.O.D.
- All orders must include a complete shipping address and phone number.
- Bestop cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO.
- For oversized product shipments to the contiguous 48 states, only freight ground is made available.
- For certain oversized product shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping charges may apply.
- Delivery times are not guaranteed.
