"Pros: it looks nice when finally assembled, it is light and does fit a 2020 Ford F150 XLT. I like how it snaps on the frame. Cons: These instructions are absolutely garbage. If i could swear in here I would. The pictures on the instructions don't make sense with the written dialog the further you traverse the manual. Took 3hrs to assemble. We will see how this handles different environments over time."

Poor design, terrible product

"Would not recommend this product at all. Within one month of having it installed, I realized it was not very wind tight as I had a snow drift in my truck bed. The sewing across the top bar is not water proof, and woke up soaked in a rain storm. I don't know why BesTop didn't use something similar to their wrangler tops on the sides, with a zipper along the entire window. But they use a type of clip along the top that any amount of wind sets it loose and during the heat it sags down. I'm not sure if the back corners fit properly to my truck, or just a poor design, but the corners frequently come loose and within about a year the sewing has torn on the corner and on the top bar. Maybe this product just isn't meant for any amount of wind. I give it one star because it does look cool, that's about it, it does not keep I have ever made. I would have sent it back had I not installed it 2 months after their return policy. My friend has a soft topper and it is a far superior product."

"The Supertop provides great protection from the elements and cruising winds. I like the extra space provided by the canopy, in comparison to a regular tonneau. Removing the windows to roll the top down is slightly time consuming. Be aware that some water creeps into bed space. All in all I am pleased with the Supertop for my 2017 F-150"

"Design; I like it with the exception of how difficult it is to put in and take out the windows, in order to collapse. The sliders are in sections and the windows do not glide into the slots well. Takes two people which I was trying to avoid. Look: Looks good Selection: good"

Fantastic product

"My boyfriend was reluctant when I found this alternitive to a hardtop. We are traveling contactors....we literally travel east west north south....that means New England winters and Arizona summers also. We ve had ours for about 5yrs and there is simply nothing inferior about it. Super Durable....keeps our tools and equipment dry....yes our gear and meters printers....light weight was why he decided to do it! Plus its super sexy and looks cool!! Love it!"

glad i bought it

"I bought this top for my truck, mainly to transport my dogs and I am very glad I did, I have had it for going on 6 or 7 years and it works just as good now as it did when I got it. I can have this up and ready to use or down and out of the way in less than 10 minutes by myself. I am now moving on to a F350 with a hitch in the bed so I will be buying another one when I get it."

What top would you recommend for a 1989 Jeep Comanche pickup (Pioneer submodel)?: Hi Mike, Unfortunately we don't make a Supertop for Truck for an 89 Comanche and I couldn't say which one, if any, would fit, these tops are designed vehicle specific, I apologize.
Need to seal seams on a brand new black diamond supertop. Can see daylight through the seams. I know bestop recommends 3M seam sealer, but don't know if that will seal actual gaps. I also see the recommendation of iron on patches for tears. That would require removal of top. Don't want to do that . Hoping for suggestions to seal the gaps without harming fabric.: Hi Pat, Seam sealer is going to be the best way to go aside from an iron on patch unfortunately.
